That is the entire pitch. Most blanks reaching a US shop have passed through a trading company, a distributor, and a brand, each taking a cut and each adding a layer between you and the person who could tell you what glue was used.

7-ply
Canadian hard rock maple, cold-pressed and bonded with epoxy resin rather than the cheaper water-based glues that let a board delaminate in a wet season.

The two sizes that move fastest off a shop wall. Additional widths are a production question, not a catalogue question. Ask.
Concave
Mellow or deep
Specified per order. Most shops split their buy across both rather than committing a whole case to one profile.

Popsicle
Standard twin-tip popsicle, smooth sanded, blank by default. A twin-tail shape is in development.
Private label
Put your graphic on it.
Blank is the default, not the limit. The same factory prints full custom graphics, so a shop building a house brand does not need to go find a second supplier and a third middleman.

Why your deck loses pop
A deck loses pop when the glue bond between its plies starts to fail, usually from moisture. The wood is rarely the problem. The adhesive and the pressing are.

Weight matters
Weight matters, but not the way most people assume. A heavier deck is not a stronger deck. Extra weight usually means denser glue, thicker plies, or wood that absorbed moisture, and none of those make a board last longer.

Graphics that actually last
Screen printing puts ink into the wood surface and survives longest. Heat transfer sits on top of a film layer and is the method most likely to peel. Both look identical in a product photo.

Factory red flags
Ask about adhesive, press time, veneer source, and what happens when a run comes back defective. A supplier who answers vaguely on all four is not being discreet. They do not know, which means they are a middleman.
